I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Retsmah Sevices cc and/or their staff, owners, the assistants
against and from any claims whatsoever that may arise in connection with any loss and/or damage to the
property, possessions, injury, illness or death which may be sustained by the person accepting this
indemnity, whilst on this property.
Agree that I as stipulated above shall be responsible for the payment of all medical / and or hospital
accounts, where applicable, should any injury, loss or damage be sustained to the person stipulated
above whilst on the property.
No person may, (a) destroy, damage, excavate, alter, deface or otherwise disturb any archaeological or
palaeontological on this site. (b) destroy, damage, excavate, remove from its original position, collect or
own any archaeological or palaeontological material or object.
Agree that nothing shall be removed from this property.
